I have to give a shout out to Nick and Landon at Alta Vista Exteriors. They replaced our windows for us, and we had an absolutely fantastic experience working with them. From start to finish, they were friendly, communicative, genuine, and completely up-front about both costs and timelines. We live in a 120-year-old home that still had the original single-pane, glass-blown windows with old pulley systems embedded into the walls. It was not a simple job, but Nick and Landon tackled it with total professionalism and care. Unlike other window companies that quoted us astronomical prices for all of our windows ($30,000-$60,000?!), Alta Vista came in at between 1/3 to 1/6 of those other estimates—and they still delivered top-notch work. They were honest with us when unexpected hiccups came up (it's a very old home, of course there were hiccups), and rather than trying to upsell or push us in any direction, they worked with us at our pace. Since we couldn't afford to replace all the windows at once, they were completely open to a project-based approach and never made us feel pressured. They went above and beyond just installing the windows. They made sure every detail was handled—everything was sealed, cleaned, primed, and painted before they considered the job done. They put in long hours and clearly cared about the quality of their work just as much as we did. From the initial quote to installation, everything moved quickly—about a month in total—and we couldn’t be happier with the result.
